  • Early Bird pricing’s ends Thursday September 12, 2024.

  • Yes, subject to availability. If one of the sessions reaches maximum capacity, you will not have a choice on which one you do first (capacity is capped by the venues). Everyone does both features so you won’t miss out. Remember that you’ll have a chance to meet other women throughout the event and you never know, someone might want to swap with you.

  • Where possible we will accommodate changes to your electives. You can swap out electives that are included in the ticket price until March 27th 2025. For electives that included a surcharge, please email us at hello@waywardwomen.nz and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes depending on the impact for other attendees.

  • Cancellations

    Once a completed registration form has been received, any cancellation must be made in writing by emailing hello@waywardwomen.nz.

    For cancellations more than 10 working days prior to an event:

    If cancellation of registration is received more than 10 working days prior to the start date of the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder and must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

    For cancellations 10 or less working days prior to an event:

    If cancellation of registration is received 10 working days or less prior to the start of the event, or in the case of registered non-attendees, the registration fee will be payable in full and no refunds given.

    It is our policy where there are circumstances beyond attendee’s control that prevent them from attending an event, i.e. disruption to travel arrangements, sickness etc., not to refund the registration fee but to provide course materials (if applicable). Only in exceptional circumstances will refunds be considered. Please contact hello@waywardwomen.nz giving full details.

    Transfers & Substitutions

    However, if a registered person is unable to attend a substitute may be sent at no extra cost.

    Event Cancellations and Postponements

    Whilst every effort will be made to run all advertised events, The Business Hive reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event unviable. If The Business Hive cancels an event, attendees will be offered a full refund.

    Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, attendees will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

    The Business Hive will endeavour to notify attendees as soon as practicable of cancellations and postponements and will not be liable for any expenses incurred by attendees as a result of the cancellations and/or postponements.

    Changes to the Programme

    While every attempt will be made to deliver this programme as advertised, please be aware that sometimes events beyond our control may lead to unavoidable changes to the program or schedule.

    Force Majeure

    Under no circumstances will The Business Hive be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control including without limitation fires, flood, storms, explosion, earthquakes, other acts of God or war or in the case of webinars, technical failures.

  • Yes. Email us at hello@waywardwomen.nz to arrange a payment plan.

    Your non-refundable deposit will automatically generate a unique-to-you link where you can check your account balance at any time. You can make credit card payments towards your balance via that link.

    If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please email us at hello@waywardwomen.nz to request an invoiced payment plan. 

    Full payment is required on or before Thursday March 27, 2025.

  • Yes. Totally. Just email us at hello@waywardwomen.nz and tell us the name of the person who is substituting for you.

  • Yes. If you have already paid in full, we will issue you a 10% refund once a friend uses your coupon code.

    Email us at hello@waywardwomen.nz to receive your group coupon code.

  • Friends or family wanting to know what you would like as a Christmas / birthday / other gift? You can share your payment link in your confirmation email with anyone who wants to make payments towards your balance, thereby paying part of your ticket.
